With the energy of Aries coming in this week many of us will be guided to spring into action and see an increase in our energy. Aries comes in at the perfect time giving us the motivation and energy to make these life changes we are being guided through. As we do we are asked to remember to stay grounded and connected to ourselves, to mother nature, and most of all to our emotions. We are in the season of harvest so some of us are coming up on the end of cycles as we finish things up. We are asked to begin thinking of where we want to go next and to plant those seeds of manifestation so that they are ready to begin cultivating in the spring. It’s time to re-evaluate goals. Some of you will be harvesting and finishing things in the next month or two and the rest of you it will take through the end of this year but no matter when your cycles are ending it’s time to start planning out your goals for the next cycle and working with your Spirit Team to to see where you need to go next. Dream out some of these courses to see which is the best for you at this time.

How to Distinguish Your Ego's Messages and Thoughts from Spirit's Messages and Guidance Everyday!

Earlier this week someone asked me: "How can I be sure what messages are from angels and what are my own thoughts?" and this brought me back to the beginning of my spiritual journey because I delved into this very deeply for myself at that time.

Five years ago I was just beginning to understand who I truly am and why I am here and along with this I working very hard at devolving my natural intuitive abilities as I had left them on the shelf before my teen years because they made me 'different' than everyone else. Now I relish that uniqueness and each of us should because we are all here for a very important reason -- to shine that uniqueness and our love onto the world, a world who desperately needs all that we have to offer at this time.

So about a year into my Spiritual Journey I was really struggling emotionally with distinguishing between what were my thoughts, my ego's riptides and what was from my guides and angels. At this time I had not yet been able to distinguish unique energy patterns for each angel, guide, entity, goddess, ascended master, etc...

I devoted an entire month to the study of how to learn to know what was me and what was the spirits and nothing worked for me until I came across Tom T. Moore's Books. He has three and they are all about communicating with angels via a specific but easy format of requesting assistance. His books are, The Gentle Way: A Self-Help Guide for those who Believe in Angels, The Gentle Way II the Story Continues and The Gentle Way III: Master Your Life; in them he discusses an easy format of requesting assistance for anything and everything and includes examples from others just like you and me. He also has a weekly newsletter and a weekly blog which I still ready consistently to this day because there is always something in there that catches my eye and I am like, oh I should be asking for help with that too!

So anyways, I was reading through his previous blogs, newsletters and had just ordered his e-books when I ran across someone who had requested help with their intuitive abilities and they had had a lot of success in ironing out the kinks. That is when I felt guided to create my own 'Most Benevolent Outcome' or what those of us who follow this method call, MBO's!

So when I was ready to completely give this situation over to Spirit I sat down at a quiet time, cleared my mind and sat listening to some relaxing music and then said out loud, "I request a most benevolent outcome that my angels and guides help me to creatively realize and distinguish what is my voice and ego inside my head and what is spirits with results even better than I could expect or hope for. Thank you!"

I sat for a few minutes but did not hear anything and so I continued to meditate but while doing so I began to feel these bring angel lights filling my entire body. Archangel Jophiel, Archangel Haniel, Archangel Michael and more came to me -- in essence they were clearing out my entire physical body of doubts and other toxic thoughts and emotions clogging me at that time. This continued for about five to ten minutes and I felt very warm -- almost hot and so much love from the heavens that I did not wish to leave my meditation but finally I was told it was time.

The next day my guide came to me and said, from now on your thoughts will be separated via your brain hemispheres. Your right brain will be your thoughts and your ego's thoughts while your left brain will be your soul brain. We will communicate with you here as will others. Your intuitive guidance and inspirations and creativity will reside here. This was fascinating to me because I had been studying up about how the right side of the brain is typically the intuitive part of the brain and the left brain the more logical and here they had switched it on me!

From that day forward the information just flowed like it had never stopped, or like I had never stopped it as a child. The floodgates opened and I not only heard everything I needed to hear, but I also felt it and knew that all was accurate. To this day I still stop and ask myself, okay which side of the brain did that come from and when I realize which one it was I am able to distinguish if it is true guidance or if it is my ego and my own thoughts and wishes.

It's so fascinating -- sometimes we forget that all we have to do is simply ask and we shall truly receive! Now don't expect to say this and have your own personal angels and guides do the exact same thing because that will probably not happen. Be open to allowing your angels and guides to use their creativity to determine the best method for you and they will! The angels are unable to infringe on our free will and so we must ask for their assistance in everything. Once they have permission to intervene they will go to work for you on your request as long as it serves your highest good and the highest good of all around you.

Stop and ask yourself today, 'Have I asked for help with (name of struggle or situation)? If not, then perhaps you could use the MBO format to request unlimited access and assistance from your angels!

GOD SET
Chaos

Trust that chaos is a part of the process of change. Things sometimes need to fall apart to re-form into your desires. Hold your intention.

Symbols: Ankh, War Scepter & Storms

The Egyptian God of the desert, darkness, chaos, and storms is Set (or Seth). An incredibly powerful God with many temples attributed to him, Set was the son of Nuit of the Sky and Geb of the earth, and he was brother to Osiris. Set is a mysterious figure, represented as a man with the head of a beast, including features of an aardvark, a jackal, or even greyhound. He is considered the dark brother of Osiris, whom he killed and dismembered in jealousy.

Set was the mighty lord of Upper Egypt and Ombos, which was situated on the western banks of the River Nile and became the center of his cult. Set was regarded as barren, just like the desert with which he was associated. In fact, even in later dynasties, when the followers of Horus demonized Set, the people of the desert still honored him with major temples in remote areas.

Current archaeological thinking is that Set was not always a demon or murderer and instead was the victim of a smear campaign. As Pharaoh Menes united Upper and Lower Egypt, a natural competition formed between the two regions -- politically, commercially, and even spiritually. Horus was the patron of Lower Egypt; Set rules Upper Egypt. The followers of both fought over who would be the patron of the unified kingdom. Finally the followers of Horus reigned victorious. Set was disfiguratively, and perhaps even literally, exiled to the fury of the desert for eternity.

Carrying a special war scepter (a staff of power), Set parted chaos and embodied the organizing force of nature. As god of storms, he could whip up a destructive force from nothing and, as easily, command this chaos to dissipate.

Should the energies of Set blow in from the desert, know that all is not lost! There is such a thing as necessary chaos. Sometimes things need to fall apart so that they can re-form into what we really want. While we are in a chaotic space -- mentally or physically -- everything seems confusing and hopeless, yet we need to trust that we are simply in a place of transition. Feeling like we create chaos or can't escape someone else's chaos can be tiring and stressful, but out of chaos comes new beginnings. When we feel there's anarchy in our lives, we often find exactly the type of order we need.

There is also a yin to a yang, a dark to a light, an east to a west. One is not better than the other -- they just are. We must recognize duality in ourselves for maximum spiritual growth. Perhaps you are seeing chaos and not order at present, and this is causing imbalance.

As Set has a darker energy, it is worth exploring the emotions of jealousy and unethical competition. Set, in some myths, was prepared to win at any cost, something that is almost always destructive. It's important to accept chaos for its positive outcomes without letting it overcome your life.

Invocation

This is a powerful invocation for asking Set to remove you from a chaotic situation or to make change easier. Set is the God of storms, so feel free to conduct this rite during a storm if you feel guided to do so. Other auspicious times are during dark moon or on a waning moon cycle. Burn some frankincense or benzoin resin. Have a small bowl of sand or soil close by or stand outside -- if it is not during a storm -- where you can access the earth. Center yourself. Take a breath and say:

Mighty Lord Set,

I call upon your power.

You who are strength by my side,

You who embody the fighting spirit,

You who are the necessary shadow

To balance the light.

Royal Majesty Set,

I know I am within necessary chaos

And I have asked for change.

I walk through the desert.

Not knowing which direction to travel.

Protect me and show me the way through.

Now state to Set the nature of the chaos and what it is you need. Pick up a handful of sand or soil and allow it to slip slowly through your fingers and say:

Lord Set of the storms,

Allow the wind to be at my back,

The dust to wash me clean.

Part the way through this storm.

Allow me to see what I need to flourish!

Allow the rest of the sand or dirt to fly away, as you now trust that meaning will come from the chaos that was.

TITAN HELIOS

Cycles

Know that personal patterns, positive or negative, may be playing out in your life right now. Plug into the cycles of nature for renewal and vitality.

Symbols: Radiant Glow, Aurelia, Golden Bow, Chariot with Solar Horses

Helios is the Greek Titan of the sun. Resplendent in a golden armor and a spectacular aura of light crowning his head, Helios drives his solar chariot around the sky each day. Four fiery steeds -- Pyrois, Aeos, Aethon, and Phlegon -- draw his chariot, racing in a circular motion around the earth during the day. At night they carry him back through the ocean in a golden cup. An honest and beautiful titan, he displays forgiveness and grace even when provoked.

The Greeks told a story of the mighty hero Heracles and his quest to find and bring back the Cattle of Geryon. To do this, he had to cross a scorching desert in Libya. Thirsty, sunburned, and half mad with rage at the heat, Heracles shot an arrow at the sun in vengeance. Knowing that this was a disrespectful action, Heracles repented instantly and asked for Helio's forgiveness. Seeing his predicament and admiring his fortitude, Helios not only forgave the hero but loaned him his golden up. This ensured the success of Heracle's mission.

Helios drives his chariot as certainly as the sun rises each day. The rhythm and cycle of the sun is the catalyst for countless other cycles, such as those of growth, temperature, and season. Pagan peoples watched all the seasonal cycles carefully, in order to learn to ride with them, not against them. This is a lesson modern people could better learn.

Accessing the energy of Helios illuminates the patterns and cycles in your life -- the productive ones and the ones you would rather interrupt. Consider what cycles you may be caught in. You could be continually responding to someone's treatment of you in unhealthy ways, procrastinating on completing a project, or eating a good breakfast and exercising. Whatever the cycle, it's important to notice it and honor it before deciding whether it is good for your life or a cyle you need to bust out of.

Once, the son of Helios tried to drive his father's chariot without permission, at a time of the day that was unnatural. For his trouble, he set some of the world on fire and fell from the sky. If we ignore the natural cycles of the earth, the ecosystem becomes imbalanced, and we are certainly now understanding the dire consequences of this.

Similarly, if we ignore our own natural cycles, our bodies become imbalanced. Ensuring we get adequate sleep, eating food that is good for us, and giving our bodies appropriate rest and exercise are all important. Our own bodies' cycles need self-care to balance if they are demonstrating unevenness, and it's important to recognize and honor these as well.

Invocation

Helios' energy is wonderful to use to reconnect to your natural cycles or to burn away any patterns that no longer serve you. Stand out in the full sunshine when you do this invocation. Feel the heat, the blessing of the rays of Helios! Raise your hands, palms up, to the sky and say:

I shield my eyes; your face is so bright,

I feel your rays. I feel your light,

I watch as you arc across the sky.

I call on you, Helios, so high.

Helios, come to me, meet.

I am unbalanced, my circle replete.

Show me the way; make it clear,

no dark pattern for me to fear.

I shield my eyes; your face is so bright.

I feel your grace. I feel your might,

I watch as you grant me full power.

I call on you Helios, this hour!

Music Messages

What messages are your angels and guides sending you currently? Did you know they send us messages through music weekly at the bare minimum and most of the time on a daily basis?
Is there a song you have woken up with in your head? I often find myself singing songs I haven't heard in years and when I look up the lyrics it's always an 'ah-ha' moment with a message I need to hear the most. I advise all of you to do this and if none of the lyrics jump out at you then stop for a moment, take a few breaths and ask aloud, 'what are you trying to communicate to me here?' Listen and you are going to hear, feel or think something very important surrounding that song. Make sure your journal about it in order to get the most out of it! You will receive more messages this way!

For instance, this morning I woke up and found myself singing Annie's song, 'It's a Hard Knock Life' while getting ready for work this morning. It has literally been five years or more since I've watched this movie so this morning I looked up the lyrics....I've posted the video above for everyone.

As I was watching the video the words that popped out for me were, It's a Hard Knock Life, Orphanage, No One There, No One Cares for You and Get to Work. As I began journaling about these a wealth of information came about for me.
Yes life is hard, it's a hard knock life but why is it a hard life? It doesn't have to be? It's a hard knock life because we expect the negativity, we expect things to be hard, difficult and just in general to not go our way. Once we turn this way of thinking around and re-direct our thoughts positively life is not as hard. We are sending signals out to the Universe that this is unacceptable. We don't want negativity, we what positive and challenging situations.

For me, Orphanage represents the jails I often put myself in because of my ego and because of things I fear. Even as adults, many of us get stuck in an orphanage of our own making and stay there...however, we need to break out of this pattern, face our fears and move on. This is why we are here. The Earth is our school and it's time to evolve, learn and grow as much as possible. Every person we meet, every situation we encounter and every challenge we come up against happens for a reason -- because the Universe, God, the angels and our guides love us so much -- they are here to assist us in our growth and to support us. Ask them for their help in breaking out of your Orphanage(s).

No One There and No One Cares really struck me because even to this day I battle allowing others to share in my life because I have been hurt so much. It's a constant battle but I refused to be unseen and unheard. Surround yourself with those who love you, will support you and help you through the difficult times. If the people in your life do not do all three of these things then they do not belong in your life. They are not supporting your life purpose and when you allow them to go, they will be replaced with better friends and family -- ones who will support your life purpose. Don't be afraid to let others in, for when you do not, you are dis-allowing your soul to grow and evolve. You are cheating yourself out of goals you set for yourself in this life before re-incarnating.
Get to Work is a common phrase I hear from my own personal angels and guides a lot. It's their way of saying, Wake Up! It's time for action! They want us to get out there and share ourselves with our friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances, our community and yes, even our planet. Ask yourself, how am I making a difference in my life? In others lives? In the life of my community? In the life of my planet? If you can't answer some of these questions you have some work to do. But then, so do all of us -- that is why we are here.

Archangel Ariel's Message

I know I wrote about songs a few months ago but Archangel Ariel approached me today asking me to share this with all of you.

Many of us have heard the original song of, "Do You Hear What I Hear" that is played around the holidays. Ariel has been kind enough to replay this song for me several times this week in giving me this message.

"Let your voice be heard, allow it to vibrate, echo and be heard throughout the world. We are here to speak but also to listen to those who come before us to assist. Spread your word, your love, everything you are to those around you. By doing so, you reach and make an imprint on everyone around you but more importantly, your children learn through example. Parents in the last few generations have been guilty of preaching one thing and acting in another which has been cause of family separations, domestic disputes and disagreements and much strife. It's time to bring husband and wife together again, father and son, mother and daughter, mother and son, father and daughter. Angelic Song Messages

Music has a very high vibration and is used in numerous ways by our Archangels, Angels and Guardian Angels to communicate all kinds of messages to us. Most of the time they will use a song you hear frequently to convey messages to you. Have you ever gotten in the car only to have the same song playing each time you turn on the radio? Or maybe a friend keeps mentioning a song they love -- different friends even - they may recommend the song to you. You will probably hear this song playing a lot: in the car, shopping in a store, in an office building (doctors office or other professional services). Some have even experienced the song playing on the television or the radio in their home when they had not even turned these items on! However, the messages are sent to you, your Angels are trying to communicate to you. Listen to their messages and take their advice. Look up the song lyrics for the song if you are a visual person -- often you will know exactly what they are trying to tell you as you read them. Then, take a few moments to ask them to help you get the most out of this message. Ask them if they have any additional messages for you and sit in silence. Afterwards, ask for angelic assistance in putting these messages to work in your life and they will be happy to do so!

What are Angel Numbers?

Angel numbers are signs from the heavens. Each number has a coordinated message in which the Angels use to communicate messages to us each and every day. These are repetitive numbers and they can be seen everywhere.

Are you seeing repetitive numbers a lot? These can come in formats such as 11, 222 or 3333. Do you see a multiple number like this over and over? This is a sign from your Angels! How about patterns such as 1212 or 6789?

Some of the most common ways we see these numbers are:

* Clock - Do you often look at the clock every day to see the same time displayed every single day? Do you pay attention to details like this? Do you look at the times on your receipts? If not, start paying attention and you may be surprised at what you find!

* License Plates - Do you look at the license plates of the cars driving in front of you? Especially, pay attention to the cars that cut in front of you or whip out real fast. These are the ones that have the most significant messages.

*Numbers and Messages on Billboards - These can be phone numbers, general numbers or even messages that your angels want you to see.

* Sales Receipts - Look for repetitive numbers or sequences on your sales receipts. These can be in the time you paid for your merchandise, sale prices, total amounts, tax amounts, etc...

* Addresses and Phone Numbers - Again you may often find repetitive numbers or words in addresses you need to find as well as phone numbers that you may see while driving or doing whatever.

* Date - Pay attention to the date! November and December are very powerful months for receiving messages like this!

Next you ask, what do these numbers mean? How do I know what they are trying to tell me?

The best way to do this is to use your intuition. Focus on the numbers you have been seeing and then ask your guides, what messages do I need to receive about these numbers? Close your eyes, clear your mind and pay attention to any pictures you may see in your mind, thoughts you may hear in your head or emotions you may feel about this.

Here are some general meanings of the repetitive numbers taken from Doreen Virtue's Angel Numbers book:

000 - "The Creator is emphasizing this message to you and asks that you pay attention and follow the guidance without delay."

111 - "Pay attention to your repetitive thoughts and ideas, as they're answers to your prayers. This number also signifies a highly creative person who needs to avoid addictive behaviors."

222 - "Your deep conviction manifests miracles and wonderful new opportunities. Keep the faith!"

333 - "Many Ascended Masters surround you and assist you in all ways. They've come to help you with your mission and to answer your prayers. Tune into them now, and ask them any question you wish."

444 - "Many angels are with you now. You can ask these angels to help you with anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones. Don't tell the angels how to fix a situation; just ask them to fix it. The Divine and infinite wisdom of the Creator guides you (through the angels) to a wonderfully ingenious solution."

555 - "Buckle your seat belt, as you're going through (or about to go through) a major positive life change. It's time to let go of that which is no longer working, and allow it to be healed or replaced with something better."

666 - "Keep your thoughts focused Heavenward during this time, and avoid excessive worry or obsession with materiality."

777 - "Congratulations! You're on the right path mentally and physically. Stick to your intentions and stand your ground."

888 - "Great abundance is yours. Prosperity is flowing to you in ever-increasing amounts. Feel grateful, and be sure to pass along the flow to others as you feel guided."

999 - "Get to work, Lightworker! Your Divine life mission is needed now more than ever, and any contribution you can make toward bringing more light and love to your world is imperative. The preparation for your life's work is complete for now."

“Decisions are vital and important at this time on the planet. Please, stop procrastinating. Yes, there are many changes occurring but now is the time for action. These changes are for the greater good, your highest good as well as that of all concerned. Know this, that as the planets change thus so do we because of the energies, because of our need to evolve and grow. We are in a time of very high vibrations as dimensions are crossed over into our veil. This is a time of great transitions but also of great strengths. Everyone needs to call upon these stores of strength we have put into reserve. Make the energies work for you in a positive way by ridding yourself of all fears.

Know that if someone, something, or a situation walks way from you or is taken away, it will be replaced by something better tenfold.

Follow through on your decisions.

Stand firm in your beliefs and make no compromises.

You are beautiful, gorgeous even, in your own right. Continue to shine your light out and upon the world. There is a great need for it – there is a great need for you and your purpose here. Share your love and your light always!"

What do your Angels have to communicate to you?

Angels are wonderful beings of light who surround us each and every day, even those who are unaware of it. Through communicating with our Angels we can achieve peacefulness, harmony, health, love, romance and much more through discovering who we are, who we were and which choices support our life purpose.

Will Angels communicate with lil 'ole me?

The Angels wish to assist us in all of the different areas of our life including helping us to go down the right path for our life purpose, guide us in our love life and to our sou-lmate, how to gain abundance and the financial means we require, what should we do about career issues, living situations and anything else you may need assistance with.

I often hear, "why would angels communicate with me, am I so special that angels would go out of their way to help me?" The angels see us as loving beings of light, they are extensions of God and therefore extensions of us and they love us unconditionally and are here to assist us in any way we ask; however, we must ask because they cannot interfere in our free will. It is ultimately our choice which path we take but they will help guide us and make our life transitions smoother if we ask them.

One way to communicate with the angels is through Angels Cards which, are a very positive way of seeking spiritual guidance about all areas of your life. Angel readings are all very uplifting and energizing messages and part of my mission as a light-worker is to help the Angels spread their love and light throughout the world. Other ways to communicate with the angelic realm are through meditation, developing your psychic skills (yes, everyone has these, even you!) or just talking to God or the Angels about what you want as you would a friend. Many of us have had angelic experiences where the Angels have intervened to save us from some kind of disaster or life threatening situation.

Everyone receives Angelic messages everyday and don't even realize it! These come in the form of thoughts in our heads, images in our mind, senses through our feelings, intuition, dreams, numbers and much more!

Thoughts in our head - these come as divine inspired ideas which we should take action on. Have you ever had a thought just appear out of nowhere about something? This is the Angels communicating with you! This ability is called Clair-audience.

Images in our Minds - Have you ever had random pictures or visions appear in your mind while you are awake? This is another example of Angelic communication! This ability is called Clairvoyance.

Senses through our Feelings - Have you ever felt like you were picking up on others emotions around you or through a special bond with a family member or friend? This ability is called Clairsentience, more commonly known as Empathy as well.

Intuition - Have you ever known something and have no idea how you knew that? This is another form the Angels use to communicate with us! This ability is called Clair-cognizance.

Dreams - This is one of the more common methods the Angels use to communicate with us but most people put it down to being nothing more than a dream, a subconscious desire.

Numbers - Do you often see the same combinations of numbers everywhere such as 111, 222, 333, 444 555, 666, 777, 888, 999? These and more are all messages the Angels are sending us!

You will be amazed at how many times the Angels send you messages each and every day if you will open yourself up and invite them into your life. Are you willing to take the first step to improve your life with miraculous results?
